This happenned to me the other day, and I just thought it was a wierd glitch that wouldn't happen too often. But after just looking around on Youtube, I notices Sskitzzo had the same problem. Apparrantly, it only started happenning since the patch was released, so that's something to look at.
Anyway, what happens is when you have a full band online in quickplay, after you finish a song the game gets stuck and doesn't advance to the results screen. The charts keep scrolling by even though the songs over. Even after intentionally failing, the meter wouldn't go down. Anybody else have this problem? I'm apparantly not the only one that this has happenned to. Here's Sskitzzo's vid of what happenned for reference.
