DLC problems

i have all the songs. i used to be able to play them all but now most of them have disappeared. i checked my hard drive and they are all there but they are just not showing up in rock band. my brother bought them on his profile and when i play with him they do reload and show up but when i select them it stays at the loading screen and i have to go to the dashboard to get out of it. can anyone help me? i think this happened after the patch.

Did your brother buy them with his profile onto that console (Xbox) you are currently playing on? If that's the case then all profiles should be able to access the DLC on the console (not the hard drive, the console!) that the DLC was originally purchased on.

To use DLC on the console other than that which was used to purchase the DLC, the purchasing profile must be signed in and have an active internet connection.

ya he did, we share a console. and they used to work but it seems that the patch made them all buggy.
