cant enter the music store,help!

Hi everyone, i have this problem, -when i try to enter to the music store from the main menu, a legend appears, saying that i have to change something in the family settings options back in the 360 dashboard, but theres nothing wrong with the family settings, in fact i have all the parameters enabled to connect and download stuff- so my question is.... is the music store not available yet for mexican players? or whats the problem with that family settings problem? please someone tell me whats going on, i'd really appreaciate it, thanks!
