It's a production model of the guitar that was given away at the Guitar Hero II Jamfest NYC event when GH2 launched on the 360. The winner got this badass guitar, and got to play with Gene Simmons. The winner played GH2, and Gene played his real bass. Was quite funny to watch.

Note, their photo gallery app sucks balls, so if it only shows a quarter of the image, hit NEXT, and then PREVIOUS on the slideshow app, it fixed it for me. (running Firefox 2)

The paintjob/decals on the prize guitar were WAY better than the KISS guitar.
