Dunno if its been brought up before, but I was wondering how earning cash for new instruments/clothes is gonna work. Do you have a solo tour only character that you can pimp out as you make cash and then your band tour mode character is a seperate entity with his own cash? Or is the money shared throught all modes, like say if you make cash during band tour mode, you can then go make a new drummer for solo drum tour mode and vice versa and so forth.
I'm hoping that you'll be able to play through the game on solo tour mode, get loot and deck your character out, and then be able to take that character into the band tour mode. I want to basically not have to rely on friends/band to be around to jam in order to get more money. I'd like to be able to play when they aren't around and be able to make my character look bad ass.
Or if there are achievements, so to speak, like unlocking new guitars for beating a mode/5-starring. I'm definitely much better than my friends, but I'm not going to ditch them because they only play on medium just for more points. But I'd still want to be able to unlock harder to get achievements without them holding me back, if such things even exist in this game.
I guess it all boils down to can you rock out in solo play to pimp out your band mode character?
This might be another 'no one knows' question, but would like to hear people's thoughts.

...and that's something that I can actually talk about, since we talked about it at E3! Yep, all money is tied to your character, and you can use your characters in multiple modes (including Solo Tour and Band World Tour).
