I know this isn't the right forum to talk about this, but i'm leaving this forum since most of the people on here are malicious music snobs and think they know what is good and bad music. Even though HMX Sean says not to bash other people it still happens constantly. Seriously, where are the moderators? I know that RB will be a fine product, so i hold nothing against HMX except for their forums. I just want to say that those who are D-Bags, need to grow up and just gain an ounce of maturity, you know who your are. These forums are the reasons why i will only play with my real friends and not online. One day i hope these flame wars will end, but i doubt it. As famously quoted from Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure "Be totally excellent to each other."

AND furthermore, if you're talking about your "punk" thread, you are the one that needs to grow up. ALL i said was that your taste in punk was poor. I'm allowed to think whatever I want. I didnt bash you. If I was bashing you, I would have called you a worthless piece of manure and that you should slit your wrists for poor music selection. I didnt. There's a difference between bashing someone and saying you dont like their generalization of a style of music. Move on.

Now now, I think it's a bit harsh to lump everyone in as music snobs. The topic of favorite and least favorite bands is always going to stir up strong opinions.

If you are genuinely having problems in your posts, with flames, bashing, etc please feel free to PM me about it. Even if forum members do not agree with your choice of music, I think we can agree that having a broad base of opinions and discussions is only a "good thing". (tm)

Also the Ultimate Setlist forum is a bit of a lightning rod for hot topics, maybe try frequenting some of the others?
