Can't hear song previews in Rock Band Store

Is anyone else having this problem? When I go the Rock Band Store and find a song I want to preview, I don't get any sound at all. In fact, everything in the Rock Band Store is muted.

I have a PS3. (And, no, my TV isn't on mute).

Anyone know how to fix this?

You have to click on the song, then click preview. A preview will download onto your console and every time you scroll over the song, it will play. Have you done this already?

Yep. I can't hear any of the previews. They appear to download on the TV screen, but there is no sound at all.

The only one I can't get a preview for is that "Promised Land" song by Vesuvius.
