Call and response.

Regarding the mic in Rock Band... Will call-and-response sections in songs be affected in any way by multiple players joining in? (if there are going to be any call-and-response type songs in the game, that is). For example, lets say that the player handling vocal duties sings out the 'call' bit, but then the other guys, (i.e. guitarist and bassist) come in for the response.
