A few questions

I decided to just clump my questions into one thread instead of stretching them out.   1) The Guitars-will the bass and electric guitars be different, or are they exactly the same?  Will the guitars be any different than guitar hero guitars(IE more/less buttons, size, etc.)2) Difficulty-some songs might be harder for different instruments, so how would that work?3) The Mic-Is it on a stand, cordless, or can you swing it around like that loser from Taking Back Sunday? 4)Content- Will you keep all the swears, or edit/leave them out? Also, if I can request a song:  5/4 by Gorillaz.

<p>I am not a developer or any part of the game making process but I can tell you what I think and give my best answers.</p><p>1. The developers have stated that the Explorer guitar used in the xbox360 version is compatible with this game so therefore at least one guitar wouldn't be different. The bass may have four buttons and be separate but I presume that you could use the same plastic toy.</p><p>2. In the current guitar hero versions you can play regular guitar and bass and of course certain songs are harder for others, so that is all fixed when you choose your difficulty.</p><p>3. The microphone would probably resemble the singstar game mic which I believe to be wireless. And a stand would be a little much so expect a USB mic or wireless.</p><p>4. In the current games it has a rating due to the language in the games, so they will compromise between keeping the songs good as well as a large number of potential customers, after all many of these guys are musicians!</p><p>Hope that could help clear up a few questions but if you keep checking they'll give us more information.&nbsp;</p>

Thanks for answering my questions, that clears a lot up.&nbsp; I have anther one, though.&nbsp; Will the game have a 1-player mode, or do you need 4 people to play?<br>

Hey blue, there are other dudes at the forum asking the same thing.. But why would Harmonix throw away 1p mode? They would lose a lot of possible customers.
It would only be stupid creating the game without 1p and I don't think that the Harmonix personel is stupid... right?
