Using XBL Headset with with RB Guitar?

Can't figure this out. I'm looking at the instructions, the 'attachment' that comes with the game, looking at my strat, unscreweing the back panel, and I can't find where the damn headset plugs into the guitar(or, plugs into the wire attachment that then plugs into the guitar, per little intruction sheet). I'm lost in bizarro world. Heeelp.

1) Plug headset into little black wire headset adapter that came with RB
2) Attach clip to hold adapter to headset
3) Plug adapter into tiny almost-invisible hole in guitar here:
