The venue choices are just so they can accommodate the size of the set-up and the crowds. All are welcome.

They are open to everyone of all ages. If you notice not all the locations are at colleges either.

Sorry. You must be in college and be taking at least one musical course AND have a 3.8 GPA in order to participate in the tour. ;)
