Electric Eye was the only one I was going to buy, I bought the full album. Vocals can be quite the challenge.

Same here, when it hits the PSN. So far that's been my only regret in getting a PS3 over a 360. It's nitpicky and minor, though, and I guess I can wait 2 days longer than others have to.

Honestly man! Is this really necessary? You don't see the rest of us (well, the good ones anyways) bashing the music you like. Can't we just stop the in-fighting here?
God, I never thought I'd say this but I am really longing for the old days on this forum when discussion was a lot more civil and we didn't have as many asshats like this clown continually dragging down good discussion about what would be great in the game and speculation about what would be next. *sigh* Why can't we just ban all the buggers who only come to try to make everyone feel as badly as they do?

Where is the I bought only some option?
I don't have the cash funds to afford it all and still buy everything else I want down the line so I only got Electric Eye, Screaming for vengeance, (Break These) Chains, and You Got Another Thing Coming,.

I'll pick it up tonight. I'm sad that it's just more older rock but I respect JP and may have some friends that want to jam to it.

Bought it within the first minute it was available. :D
Not too thrilled with the bass charts so far, except for Screaming For Vengeance. Guitar looks decidedly more interesting for once, will have to take a stab at it once I get home from work.

I bought it as soon as it came out.
Unfortunately a lot of the songs sound the same. I'd say probably half of the album is exactly the same.
I like Screaming for Vengeance, the charts on that are pretty fun. There is another one that is pretty good, too... can't think of the name off of the top of my head.
Kind of a disappointment because I figured that HMX would have picked a fairly diverse album for their first pick, but it has its moments. I'd give it a 6 out of 10, probably. If you only pick up a few tracks, though, get Screaming for Vengeance and You've Got Another thing Coming (not the most fun to play, but it is the most famous song).

lol, I turned my ds alarm on to wake me up at 1:45 am but I must have turned it off and got back to sleep, downloaded it first thing in the morning and beat all songs on expert drums(I got gold star on my first run through electric eye ), seven songs five stars, one on gold and one on four(screaming for vengeance, the most challenging).
I love entire album, fantastic work hmx as always ^^

*sigh*... I'm with the good ol' PS3 folks. That's ok though, all of those extra days I've waited for DLC will be repaid when MGS4 comes out! I have a 360 too, but that's hooked up to my computer monitor, and my PS3 is on my big screen... needless to say, there's to much rock in Rock Band to fit on a computer monitor.

I hate you.
I downloaded it, yes. My whole weekend was spent revisiting this album. I only listened to a bit of Iron Maiden, the rest was Judas Priest.

May raccoons burrow into your stomach like Han Solo slicing into a Taun-Taun to supply warmth for a freezing Luke Skywalker.
Until then I hope that someone will be able to navigate the cavern of lies that is your soul and bring you back from the depths.
Back on topic: I traded in my copy of GHIII at gamestop for some Microsoft points and bought the entire album... I'd say it was well worth it.

Hey, a 6 out of 10 isn't bad. Slightly better than average. Screaming for Vengeance is a solid track, and challenging. There is another one that I played that I liked, as well, just can't think of the name off of the top of my head. I played these on the drums (hard) and guitar (medium). The solos for guitar were actually fairly fun, for the songs that had solos.
As with any DLC, i'm sure I'll grow to like it. Right now I am more fond of drum tracks with tricky beats in them, though, and a lot of the drums are fairly simplistic in the songs. Screaming for Vengeance is fairly tricky, though, so it gets the nod.
I can't say I would download all of these songs again if given the chance to send them back, though :p Bloodstone is boring. So is Pain for Pleasure (I think that is the name of it) and it is sure to be an easy gold star when I attempt it later on tonight. The rest of the songs are average to pretty damn good, though.

Not getting it, got tired of JP after awhile. Most of his songs sound exactly alike, his vocals get annoying, etc.
