Rockband is a cooperative game. obviously. it is a fantastic game. however, we are sitting here, five months after it has been released, and PS3 users still have no way to communicate with each other online. you expect three to four people to group together, and try to accomplish a goal without any communication. no way to say "lets try that again, maybe we can gold star it" or "brb phone" or "sorry i goofed up" or "what song do you guys like".
HMX is obviously full of very bright programmers, so i cant imagine whipping up some online voice chat to be something they cant accomplish in a few weeks, maybe a month. so what is taking so long? i know we all want more content, and other small bugs and difficulties to be patched, but this should be one of the top priorities, IMHO.
just because the 360 required a voice applet to be integrated, doesnt mean that the PS3 should be ignored and suffer for it.

I could be wrong, but I think there is an extensive thread on here covering this subject.:)
I personally could care less about communicating with others on the PS3 (other than the messaging option). That's just my opinion though.

There are indeed several threads covering this topic. A search for ps3 voice chat would do the trick nicely. We needn't bother retreading the ground covered in those threads here.
