DLC Problems?

So i get on my xbox tonight, excited to play the full Judas Priest album on guitar, havnt had the time to do it yet, but yet i reach fever, and all of a sudden, i get back to the main menu, with an error message about not retrieving the song info. So i figure, ill just delete it and re-download it, no problem. But still, it dosnt work. Has anyone else had this problem? Please tell me i havnt screwed myself out of 1200 points.

goto the dashboard system blade... memory.... games...rock band..delete rock band download data and store data ...load game up and those files will bebuild thereselves content should work then ...
