all my downloads are gone!! please help

I have paid and downloaded a lot of tunes for Rock Band and I was instructed by an EA rep to delete the Game Data utility and reinstall the new software. As a result all my downloads are gone. They show as having been paid for but how to I download them again?

Are you using PS3?

should be able to go to ps store or rock band instore and should give you the option to redownload, just calm down, it keeps track of the stuff you buy all the time, so check those both out ok? good luck

thanks master, I went and was able to retrieve them. I can breath again. This is the first problem I have ever had with this game. And yes I'm sure there is some EA rep laughing somewhere!!
