This is where you post songs\bands that you think are the best you've ever heard, but probably aren't quite popular enough to be included in the game

2. King Diamond : Yeah, it would be impossible to sing like him, but the songs are so good.
Arrival is my choice for the game.

3. Spastic Ink : They are the most talented, yet relatively no one knows about them.

I would pick Mosquito Brain Surgery for the game.

4. Symphony X : What's this you say ? Symphony X is popular ? Not enough to be in the game I'd bet. Destroys Dragonforce, and has better songwriting than Dream Theater imo.
I would pick Out of The Ashes... or maybe The Oddysey.

I'm sorry but I just can't stand Opeth. I honestly hate that band, but hey, to each his own...

Flogging Molly would be pretty awesome but I'd say they are pretty popular, at least within musical-oriented groups.

I would say Tapes N' Tapes, Against Me, or something like Dimmu or Lacuna Coil, but they're pretty popular in metal crowds.

i don't think they would put opeths heavy stuff into the game, but "windowpane" would be awesome. if you don't like opeth, you will probably still like that song anyway.

Vanna, Lovehatehero, Destroy The Runner, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster (features the original Underoath singer) A Static Lullaby, and Scary Kids Scaring Kids. I would mention Atreyu, Rise Against, Senses Fail and Bullet For My Valentine, but they might be just popular enough to make it in. Its hard for me to gauge the popularity of these bands because in certain music circles these bands are popular.

Hehehe that would be fun to be sure, but I think "I Just Got The Symphony Goin'" would be even tougher to play. Or even better, if I had only one Fall of Troy song (and I wish I could have them all on there), I would love to have "What Sound Does a Mastadon Make" :cool:

Yeah their new album is a hard listen... I still pop it in every now and then because I appreciate the artistic effort they put into it, but it is just too "artsy" to stay in the CD player for more than one listen. I could listen to the four "Acts" off their first album all day though.

The Sound of Animals Fighting would be great, at least for the instruments. The Mars Volta would be nice too, and I'd love to see some At the Drive-In. I really want Minus The Bear in this game, though. They are fantastic musicians and it's sad that they don't get more attention.
