It's not always a dog's life. A newly-opened oxygen bar in Tokyo thrives by focusing on canine customers.
It's the latest thing in Japan - a pure air kennel breathing new life into the meaning of pet

The Air Press, which has over 20 oxygen bars across Japan, has opened its first oxygen bar exclusively for dogs in Tokyo. Placed in an air-tight cylinder, operators say the pure
oxygen environment offers an extra pick-me-up for the pooped pup.
"If you do not live in an urban city, you can let your dogs run around a huge place like in the highlands, freely," says bar owner Tsuyoshi Hirano. "But in the Tokyo area, Japanese home space is very limited while dog walks are only occasional. So it will be very difficult for dogs to stay in good condition without this kind of extra health support."
Four-legged consumers were unavailable for comment, but owners say the dog bar is barking up the right tree.
"My dog may not be tired but he is usually lethargic. After he comes here, though, he is enthused and barking with vigour," said customer Umekichi Sakon.
A thirty minute oxygen treatment costs abotu $18.
