I think this is the reason when we die we'll see God, Buddha, and Mohammad discussing why the three of them decided to become Agnostic.
Lincoln, Neb. — A Nebraska state senator is gaining quite a bit of attention with a lawsuit he's filed. He's suing God.
In one claim, his accuses The Almighty of continuous terroristic threats of grave harm.
In another claim, he accuses God of directly causing floods, earthquakes, tornadoes and birth defects.
The self-proclaimed agnostic said he filed the lawsuit to make a point that anybody can file a lawsuit against anybody.
Chambers says God can be sued in Douglas County, Nebraska, because He's everywhere.
He was upset with another lawsuit involving a 24-year-old woman who said a judge violated her free speech rights when he banned the words, "rape" and "victim" in the trial of Pamir Safi. At the time, Safi was charged with sexually assaulting the woman.
A federal judge said last week that the woman's suit may not have any legal basis unless she and her attorneys can show just cause for the lawsuit.
Chambers has served in the Nebraska Legislature since 1970.
