Just finished putting together all my scores into an excel spreadsheet.
It's a good way of tracking how close you are to getting a gold star on any of the songs from the main disc. It's helpful when trying to get up the leaderboard as you can see which songs need the most improvement.
The variance from your score to the gold star score is sometimes colored. Gold means that you have a gold star for that song. The text is green if you're within 5,000 of getting the gold star, and it is red if you are more than 75,000 away from a gold star score.
I got the gold star numbers from this scorehero (http://rockband.scorehero.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7812&sid=8bd1ed8a87186480080b23f07c2b2445)
So here's the file you can download, it's a .xls file which works in Excel. (I think it also works in OpenOffice now that they've updated it).
Gold Star Excel Spreadsheet - Drums AND Guitar (http://lasttreestanding.com/explosiveconspiracy/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/rock-band-spreadsheet-final-main1.xls)
The file has my scores in it so that you can see how the file works. For # of stars you just type in the column with "*****"s the amount of stars you got in asterisks. Also, type in your % and number of notes if you remember. (mine is sparse because I forget to write them down).
Feel free to post any questions, or ideas to make this more useful. Also, if anyone wants to take this and put in the guitar/vocal gold star scores, I'll gladly update this post with a link to the file.
EDIT: I Added Guitar!

I was going to write it in the original post, but I just wanted to post it here because a lot of the people I talk to don't go to the main RB forum, and things get lost pretty easily in the shuffle there. I thought it was useful info for my general forum peeps to see.
I can delete it, if it's a problem.

So, according to the list you got from ScoreHero, if you gold star every song on drums, you'll have over 10.5 Million points?
Are there any songs that it's not possible to gold star?

Well, according to the post on scorehero, Seven is impossible to gold star.
There are DLC that are impossible, i believe, but for the main setlist, I think it's just that one

I personally like this line:
=IF(B71-C71-D71=0, "OK","Something's F**ked")
Good job! It's really convenient for when I try to get those gold stars. Keep up the good work!

I haven't been trying very hard to get gold stars, so I only have like 5.
The whole first set, minus In Bloom. And Enter Sandman.

Awesome! Thanks, sir! I can't wait to plug in my numbers once I get home. As far as my gold stars:
Drums - 0 (I'm stuck at "Don't Fear the Reaper" and "Foreplay/Long Time" on Hard :().
Vox - 1 (for "Ever Fallen in Love", my only Expert 100%)
Guitar - A bunch (Don't know the exact number since I'm away from my 360).

Try downloading open office, i'm pretty sure you can view excel files that way. And it's free.
http://www.openoffice.org/
Or try this link and you can view the file online using Google Docs
Google Docs Online (http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pdyD45WSDlHloyk990GPRCQ&hl=en)
But i'm not sure if that works yet
