I heard that EA is going to launch Rock Band for Wii. Well I really want the songs like the download able ones. I have Rock Band for PS2 and I have a Wii I really want to play those songs that aren't on PS2, is there any way that when it comes out for Wii that I can trade my PS2 Rock band for a Wii Rock band? Can you do that? I don't care if you have to pay more or anything, I just want download able songs.

You'd have to try to negotiate something like that with a game store.

But the Wii version of the game won't (at least at first, that we know of) have the ability to download extra songs either, so you might want to consider that too.

I still want it for Wii, and also Guitar hero 3 I want it for Wii. I wish I had xbox360 :mad:

You know that your PS2 Rock Band kit would work on the PS3, right? All you'd need is to get the game and a PS3 and you'd be able to use your old PS2 RB instruments and get all the DLC you want.

Actually I believe the PS2 RB instruments (not including the GH guitars with the PS2 connnector) will also work with the Wii, so if you can just buy the Wii game separately, you'll be set.

Where did you get this information? I'd honestly be shocked if this worked. Regardless, the Wii version hasn't even been seen yet, so no one knows anything.

Yeah I seriously doubt the PS2 equipment will work with the Wii. It's a totally different piece of hardware that talks to its controllers differently.

There`s a gameplay thing at IGN like the Wii controllers. The rock band Drums thing is all White. I know that RB is compatible with PS3, but I want Halo 3 and other games you can`t play on PS3. But that wont happen anyways. We'll just want for the Wii rock band.. :D
