Has anyone thought about this yet?

My brother actually brought this up while he and I were talking while I was playing Hexic earlier: With character customization, why not have a specific brand's clothing? I know this isn't Rock Band: Fasion Police Edition! (yet), but still an idea, that I don't believe has been brought up as of late.

Think this would be cool? If so, what brands would you like to see in the game?

Actually, it was mentioned in a recent article (Wired?) that we could see DLC clothing packs.

Only if you got sponsored and earned extra money for wearing it during a performance.

i think it would be a good idea, you could get more money from sponsors, in-game and in the real world for advertising. it could only benifit the game i guess.

Maybe we'll even see clothing companies sponsoring some DLC. Some free extra clothing options would be nice... free songs, even nicer.

I'm thinking the free clothing is a possibility. Just need to persuade them it's good for advertising...

Decent idea so long as it doesn't result in the absurd case of players paying real money for the advertising.

That brings to mind the Sims 2 "H&M Stuff" "expansion pack" that came out a while back. Yea, let's pay $20 so our virtual characters can wear brand name clothing!

Pretty cool idea, from the clothing I have seen from videos and stuff none of it looks like it is any specific brand. I could see it happening though, I'm not sure which clothing brands would be popular for rock bands though.

Chuck Taylors for shoes. Go to any (somewhat alternative) rock show, and I can almost guarantee that half the performers will have Converse All Stars on.

Look, there's two:

:-( I hate Chucks. Don't particularly care for Vans, either.

Give me some cool boots, though, like Timberlands (or just anything in that vein), and we've got a deal.

We agree on more than we might think, but we're both arguementive = an equation for fire...

But converses....... love em. They just look awesome - I don't like going with the trend, so its quite good that in my area converses are coming out of fashion for emos, so I felt that I just HAD to get some...
