Quick Rules:

- Suggest up to two songs per artist

- Only artists already announced for Rock Band (either disc or DLC) are permitted
> Grey areas that lean toward a different band will not be included in the list, sorry. Please add a different song from the intended existing band instead in a future post if you did this. Examples of songs that won't be included (unless the artists are added to the game later on - in which case, please repost them so they can be added to the list) are: Queen's "Under Pressure" [featuring David Bowie] or [member of Black Sabbath] Ozzy Osbourne's "Crazy Train")

- If you want to add more song suggestions later, POST AGAIN (rather than edit your post since I'm not reading all the posts over again each time I update)

If the song they chose for one of your beloved artists might not have been what you really wanted to play in the game, pick up to two songs by the artist that you need to see in DLC. The purpose of this topic is to create a list of songs that we really feel passionate about seeing in DLC. As we're picking songs by bands already belonging to the game, the chances of seeing DLC by them are more likely than bands not already in the game (since licensing has already been established for the one song with no problems, licensing more songs would likely not be problematic either). Since some artists may be getting collections of songs rather than albums, it's a good idea to bring to light the relative demand of each song by the users here.

Rules: To make sure that each song suggestion is thoughtful and you're not just throwing out seven Metallica songs or something (if each person did that, the list would get too big too fast and it would end up being pointless), you're limited to up to TWO songs per artist. You can suggest up to two songs for up to every single artist announced for the game. Please make sure that you've recently listened to each song prior to posting so you know that it will work well enough for gameplay.

Don't be afraid to suggest a song you already see suggested in the first post! If you truly want it in the game as DLC, more votes are not a bad idea. If you post, say, three songs for three different artists and then think of four more songs for four other artists later on, please just post again with your new suggestions rather than editing your post. Continually reading through all the posts to look for edits and then trying to figure out what's already accounted for in the initial list prior to the edits is a tedious task.

I'll keep an updated list in the first post that will contain all of the suggestions posted in the topic (as long as the suggestions follow the rules).

It's now up to date. I realize some people aren't following the rules (or paying attention at all, it would seem). Here's what I've been doing about that. If someone listed more than two songs for an artist, I added the first two songs mentioned to the first post and ignored any others. If someone listed songs by artists not announced for Rock Band yet, I just ignored them. I will keep following this trend.

Okay, all caught up to this point now. A quick note about a couple of the songs I've seen (that I've recently updated the second post to clarify)...

I don't like being strict about what to allow in the list, but I'd really prefer to stick to songs by artists that are definitively in the game. I'd like Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne to be considered separate entities. Queen and David Bowie are separated as well. Those are the ones I've seen so far. It's not an easy choice to do this since music can be have very grey areas sometimes, but I believe "Under Pressure" belongs to Queen, not David Bowie (even though David Bowie is featured in the track)...and "Crazy Train" and "Mr. Crowley" belong to Ozzy Osbourne, not Black Sabbath (even though Ozzy Osbourne belongs to both groups). It might be relatively safe to say that Ozzy Osbourne could be as easily licensed as Black Sabbath, but "Ozzy Osbourne" as an artist is still not in the game, and I'd like to restrict the list solely to artists already announced for the game. If you put in something that's actually by Queen or Ozzy Osbourne (or any other artist that's not technically in the game yet), feel free to suggest an additional song by the artist in the game that you wanted it to count for.

Thanks for all the kind words about the list from everyone. I tried to make the rules in the second post quicker to read (by adding the yellow text at the beginning) for people who just want to post right away. I know reading the whole post can be kind of long.

Thanks, Desensitized, for helping me out with that song info. I'll gladly admit that I don't know the discographies of each of these artists, and I can use any help and clarifications that I can get. I encourage everyone to let me know if there are any mistakes or similar situations on the list that I need to know about in the future.
