Is the max single set *FANS* in BWT limited to 1,024,616? I'm in computers and this looks a lot like an octal number type of thing :-)
EDIT - It says SCORE in the OP and I meant FANS ... sorry about that.
Cheers!

Like, can you earn more than that while playing in a band?
Yes.
Absolutely, yes.

Sorry, re-reading my original post I should be more clear.
I'm in a BWT band with one friend of mine, playing expert guitar and bass. We seem to max out on 1,024,616 fans, regardless of an all 5* 3 song set list or a 12 song set list. The only way to get more fans in a single set list seems to be when the game offers up the "charity event" for twice the fans.
So I was just asking, is this some kind of cap on earned fans?
Cheers!

I think he's referring to the amount of fans you can acquire during a set. My highest band is at like 23 million and yeah, that's about what we get every big set.
Edit: Was typing this as he was.

Ah, that makes a lot more sense. I think you're probably right... it's been a while since I've played BWT, but I recall seeing a number fairly close to that time and time again. Obviously there's the exception of the DVD-deals and what not [fan multiplyers]. But as a raw number, I imagine your theory is correct, Sn3ak3rp1mp.
dont know if it adds anything but even after the endless setlist on expert we got the 1,024,616 fans......havent seen more myself unless charity

That's the highest I've ever gotten as well.

I think the computer number would be 1,048,576, although it's close to something expected.

agreed, 1,048,576 = 1024 * 1024.
1,024,616 is the most I've seen for a single set (aside from the specials), though that number doesn't seem to make much sense to me in the computer world. It's divisible by 8, but that doesn't mean much ;)
Hmm US Patent #1024616 is a "Machine for the electromechanical reproduction of drawings, writings, photographs, blocks, and the like" from 4/30/1912. Nope, that can't be it :)

I could have sworn I've gotten more than that (~4-7mil). I'm sure it was in a special arena though, like Reykjavik or Rio de Janeiro.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure it was for a single song as well (Green Grass and High Tides?).
Give it a shot, but of course I could be wrong.
