I have had Rock Band for about a month. My yellow drum pad makes a weird vibrating noise when it is hit. None of the other pads do this. I have never wailed on them or anything like that and I noticed this by the 2nd day I had them so I think it came that way (or got that way within just playing a few songs).
I don't notice any problems with it picking up notes or anything like that. It just makes that unpleasant sound when you hit it like something is loose inside. The sound is worse depending on where you hit the pad. I think the further you get away from hitting it dead center the louder the noise.
I'm guessing I probably could not return it since the pad still picks up notes, but it is quite annoying because the sound is really grating.
Anyone have this issue or know how to fix?
