How about a demo for the xbox live market? Keep us relatively happy

If you can find someone who is willing to go out and buy the Drums, Guitar, and Microphone but be hesitant about buying the game, sure.

I didn't really understand what you just said, but:
1.) Guitar Hero III was the first GH on the 360 to have a demo, because people didn't have the guitars when II came out.
2.) Why the hell would anyone want to play Rock Band with a controller? That kinda, you know, defeats the entire point of the game.

People have guitar controllers for GH on the 360 that work with Rock Band. Any USB microphone works for singing, too. So, the only thing that'd be missing is the drums.

But if they've played Guitar, why would they need to "test" Rock Band? The same basic mechanics are still identical.

See if they like the drums? See if they like the singing (if they've never played a Karaoke Revolution game)? I dunno.

I personally think a demo won't work very well so I doubt we'll see it happen. I mean, unless you already have a guitar controller you couldn't even do that. Unlike the GH series, you can't play Rock Band's guitar part with a standard controller.

...And how would they play drums if they didn't have the drumset?

X Y A B = Yellow, green, red, blue with autobass pedal ala the demo kiosks in Game Stops? It isn't impossible, just not really needed.

I think this guy is a right. There should be a demo of the game on live. Only of course if you can only play with the instruments. Imagine the Jump in stand alone instrument sales!

Just do yourself a favor. If you like guitar hero, amplitude, frequency, DDR then go ahead and buy the game. If you have no income and just want a taste then just be happy you even have a 360 :).

Right now a demo is looking really good to me. LoL

My xbox 360 broke today. It turns on and everything except that the disk drive does not work so I can't play any games. I got everything that is required to play so the above statements dont affect me.
