Cherub Rock Tab

2 questions.
First, does anyone have a decent tab for cherub rock? Can barley find 2 of the same on the internet. I can play it except for the solo but I know its not the right way, sounds close though.

Second, doesn anyone have a tab/know how to play the intro for the acoustic version from this video ===> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaW_l4Vyuys
Can't get it right.
