Because it's a hella' old post, and at the time, PS2 SGs were the only thing available easily cheaply. It's not an official link or anything like that. It links over to an old domain on www.rockbandgame.com, which doesn't have vbulletin installed there. I corrected it to http://community.rockband.com/index.php?do=/public/gallery/view/id_88/ and just look at what shows up. It belongs to the one and only Huskie: http://community.rockband.com/index.php?do=/public/user/name_Huskie/

So this=NOT an HMX "prototype". But he did a good job of it regardless, and I dig the paint job on it. very EVH. :D
