Actually, you don't know that, because Nevermind has never been confirmed by Harmonix, despite being mentioned in some interviews. There's been a few other threads discussing and verifying that.

All the tracks were on the leaked list, and 1/2 of that list has come true so far. It's comming. HMX didn't say "It's not comming".

They should let the drummer free style Polly. With no point penalty if they don't play at all and no points gained if they do play.

That's all well and good, but it's circumstantial evidence. Nevermind may in fact be coming, but there's no actual proof of that. With that in mind, don't get your hopes up, don't expect updates on when it's coming, and don't be upset if it never arrives--because you were never promised anything regarding the album, something which is forgotten all too quickly when someone gets impatient about something they think they're entitled to, or if an announcement ever comes that something isn't going to happen after all.

If it's not officially announced, it's just not official.
