kick player fix?

Hello, I looked around but could not find anything. I recently got kicked from a band. Had three people and we played one song and gold starred it. I got 98% on drums and the other two got 99 and 100. We procceded to the band member screen where we search and got a singer after 10min. Leader went to select a song then went back and kicked me. I was just wondering after this happened, if HMX is planning to put in a feature that people need to vote to kick someone. Also, what is your worst experience with someone else being leader?

Don't take it personally. It happens to the best of us. I got kicked just for using a female character one time. and another time for not having a mic, because mine is broken...

A lot of time you will be kicked as they will have a friend texting or messaging them that they want to play......Don't take it personally....It happens

It sucks to be kicked but there is nothing you can do about it. Most of the times is because of a friend wanting to join in.

Let's see...as a vocalist, I rarely have "negative" experiences from the band leaders (as you may know, vocalists rarely gets to be the leader of a band). Maybe most of people is more "forgiving" to the vocalists being them so rare to find in Online band quickplay. The only time I've been kicked out was like 20 or 30 days ago, I was on a 3 people band, we played Orange crush, me on hard (I was beginning my hard vocal solo career back then) and the other two on medium. I got an 98% and they got like 95% and 95%, and strangely as soon as the song list came out, the leader went to the character screen and kicked me. I left like, WTF?? :confused::confused:

But, besides that, I've never been kicked out of a band, and I even had two or 3 people that send me friend requests after the gigs (and I am very honored to see that, it indicates that I'm improving my singing).

Yeah I'm good on expert too and i someone disconnected because of my leprecaun character. Maybe they were all in their own group and their drummer wasn't able to play before they kicked u

i recall being kicked cause my character is black, and my gamertag is about my race

other than that, it was probably so one of their friends can join..ive never been kicked for lack of ability but ive seen it happen :rolleyes: this is just because i bought xbox live AFTER i had already pretty much taken on expert drums

I only play online with others if atleast 1 other person has a mic. Otherwise I quit out.

Another reason they may have kicked you is if they wanted to play DLC that you may not have had.

The only reason I will kick somebody is they don't have any DLC. And that the game has a max of four players, a voting system seems to be overkill.

Most likely the other three players were friends who knew what DLC everyone had, and when they went to select a song and it wasn't available, they knew you were the one that didn't have it so they went back and kicked you.

We don't need a voting system. You just have to deal with the choices the band leader makes, or quit and find a new group.

What we do need to see is a feature that blocks someone you've kicked from re-joining the session as soon as you hit "Find Players". Once you're kicked from a session, you should not be able to re join it unless invited.

Yeah. One time I got kicked as soon as I showed up on the band screen. Not sure why. Then I kept trying to join another band and it kept putting me in the same one I was kicked from at least 4 or 5 times. So then I had to wait about 10 minutes until I saw that they were playing a song until I tried joining a band again.

I have been kicked several times. I was kind of confused when it first happened, but it really doesn't bother me now.

i dont think i've ever been kicked. But i always have doooshbags (yeah i know it's not the right spelling) disconnect like after just totally crushing a song. it's hella annoying. :(

Also another thing that needs to be fix is the ability to join someone on your list without having to be invited. Usually the only time you can do this is when they are looking for players and by that time, they usually find someone and your left out in the dust.

I dont get kicked. I usually dont kick either. Just make it akward to the point of people leaving.

If you don't or have never gotten kicked you just have not played band quick play online long enough because it's only a matter of time.

You don't kick anyone? That's your perogative, but there are sometimes good reasons for kicking someone.

I'm on the PSN BTW,

1. I get a message from a friend saying Invite me...
2. Lack of DLC on your part...
3. Constant failing out...usually because you are playing over your head
4. You have Swear Words tattooed on your body...(instant kick from me)
5. Everyone else is on expert and the leader wants to play for gold stars
6. You continually refuse to pick a song or songs that everyone else wants to play.
7. You refuse to share guitar with someone that wants to swap (you keep selecting guitar forcing a random selection instead of moving back and forth.)
8. You appear to have disappeared...maybe you're in the can, who knows you're just not picking anything.
