It's actually by God's short-lived supergroup.

I know, it's just not as funny when put that way. Trust me, I correct people for that all of the time.

While my Guitar Gently Weeps - Beatles

Not much in the way of drums. Perhaps throw in some Rain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTLJMSbEnn0) to compensate?

Layla - God

Nice reference, but wouldn't really work all that well in Rock Band thanks to the lack of vocals for the last four minutes... Try White Room (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyJdSvth7w4) from God's other band. God's drummer is better in that band, anyways.

Machine Gun - Hendrix

Again, better for GH than Rock Band. All Along the Watchtower has better vocals.

Achiles Last Stand - Led Zeppelin

Nice

Working Man - Rush

Really? You want a Rush song without Neil Peart? Why not The Spirit of Radio (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSZkXqaPciY) or Freewill (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYMvRqtVq-U)?

2112

AWESOME.

Fight Fire with Fire - Kansas

Eh? It's really mostly just one riff over and over again. Get Child of Innocence (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I44xJLn20hA), Icarus (Borne on the Wings of Steel) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBRj7AF8YjQ), or People of the South Wind (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ihl77dHSo2E), posthaste.

November Rain -GnR

No guitar for the first few minutes. Nightrain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtyqIRMJLCs), maybe?

White Room is great. Layla is still good though.

Machine Gun is a classic, I do love AAtW though

Working man doesn't have Neil Peart drumming, but Spirit of radio has more than one vocal & guitar only verse. Anthem might be the better for RB than the others though though... (I'm a big FbN fan)

I do like Icarus...

November Rain is a classic and you aren't taking that from me! :) But in real bands sometimes people have to wait for a few minutes before their part. It's part of being in a rock band.

So far, your playlist is great and I think some of the adds suggusted by WingsofSteel are also awesome. But there has to be more than one Led Zep song in RB. I was thinking that Achiles Last Standd is an awesome choice, but I would also have Babe I'm gonna Leave You, Possibly Dazed and Confused, and Kashmir. The Ocean and Moby Dick would be good for drums.

Also, I think Time and Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd should be added tothe list. Comfortably Numb has all instrumments and great vocals, and Time, although starts our slow, has great vocals and an awesome guitar solo, also i guess the biggining could be for bass and drums so overall a good song for RB.

Last but not least I think that Zombie should be added by the Cranberries, and ood luck for whoever tries the vocals.(im just joking about hat song, it is really bad)

So is getting OD'ed and/or killing yourself via gunshot or hanging, but those aren't in this game.

Thanks. Your list is good too, but while not always you, it gets annoying seeing "your list ****ing sucks" from one of 3 people everytime you go to a thread. And I just got tired of it. Saying **** Sean crossed the line though.

**** Sean

Holy crap man, are you sure you should be saying such things? He's a MOD and he might ban you.

hmxsean clearly stated in the stickied thread that these type of comments are what he wants off of these boards.

**** him and **** you

Full context. Yes, I know it was a joke, just covering my ass here.

Changed Nightwish and added The Bravery and Pink Floyd.

WingsOfSteel

Pink Floyd.

Money's rather repetitive and has a very long sax solo. Also, the drums are just keeping the beat.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good song, and I'd like it as DLC, but I think some other songs would be better, like Have A Cigar, Time (although it has a really long intro...), Run Like Hell, or Another Brick in the Wall (Every last one of you knows that you'd knock out the singer at the end of the sing for the chance to say "If yeh don't eat yer meat, yeh can't have any puddin'!")

Also, it'd be neat to have some tracks from the Gilmour-led Pink Floyd. Division Bell is full of awesome solos. (See: What Do You Want From Me)

Nice list but, Black by Pearl Jam is '90s from their first album Ten. Also HMX should have some Ugly Kid Joe in RB.
