The post was taken down from the site. It's possible that they weren't supposed to announce it publicly yet. It's also possible that licensing fell through. Anything is possible. Whatever happened, the song is on hiatus from the Rock Band set list.

If you love Guitar Hero, then you will really love Rock Band! Rock Band doesn't limit you to guitar, you can play any instrument, even sing! Flyleaf's "I'm So Sick" will be in the un-locked portion of the game. You can pick up Rock Band in stores November 20, 2007.

It's coming from the band's official site. The most surprising thing is that it's dated 8/23, and I haven't seen it brought up yet on the boards here. Also, if you Google "Flyleaf", read the first result's description. Interesting.

So...is it safe to say that the bonus song "I'm So Sick" by Flyleaf is confirmed?

By unlocked I guess they mean Bonus Songs, though it could also be DLC. Seemed a little vague.

I'd never heard of flyleaf until a couple of weeks ago when a friend mentioned them (sup becky!?) but yeah they seem pretty cool.

Also they're in the xbox 360 version of GH3, u can only unlock their song by buying the GH3 soundtrack and entering in some special code.

... Or get them included normally in RB... I think I'll stick with RB...

The girl in Flyleaf has a fine voice (sort of sounds a little like Björk to me) but there are so many better bands with a female lead vocal out there. For me it's tied. I could come to love this song actually. I have heard vocals MUCH worse in a Harmonix title.
