I'd never even heard of this band until you posted umpteen threads about them. I checked out their stuff and didn't like it that much, it's a bit too emo(?) for my liking.

Bands like Fall of Troy would be cool for DLC and probably have a pretty good following but personally I don't want to see them in the game.

I'm not really sure what emo music is. I don't think anyone knows what emo music is, even emo's. I think it also depends on where you live and the cultural ways of your area. But if i had to give Fall of Troy a genre it would be "soft hardcore emo"

Emo has kinda (d)evolved from a musical genre to a generalization personality traits, nowdays I'd say. When people say a band is emo now, they usually mean it's the type of music that emo stereotypes would listen to while getting practicing their teenage angst.

It may not be the technically "correct" definition, but most know what someone's getting at when they say it.

IMO, their music is a little too hardcore and musically talented for emo. none of the lyrics are emo, and the band dosn't even dress emo. i have no idea where he got that from.
