We’ve been waiting more than a decade – but finally the wait is over – Rage Against the Machine will be touring Australia this summer. California’s favourite rebel sons will be making their first foray outside the US since reforming.
After I heard they were coming to Australia I seriously considered going to see them. Theyre only going to Sydney and Melbourne, which means $350+ plane tickets ontop of $110 concert tickets, plus accomodation and misc expenses... A lot of money basicly, and I just did all this to go see NIN live in Sydney.
So the tickets went on sale this morning at 9:00am, and were sold out b4 9:02am (not that it matters, i wasnt going to go, as much as i wanted to)
But luckily it has now been confirmed that RATM will be playing at the Big Day Out, which is a music festival that tours all of Aust and NZ. Which is awesome news for all involved, especially me... It's gonna be sweet.
