Don't forget makeup and tattoos. That ign special blew me away that you can literally "paint" your face anyway you want using the makeup tool.

Nice video! It looks like there are plenty of hair styles, but a few more faces would be nice; that aspect seems limited.

Also, what about tattoos and piercings? Are those add-ons after creation and you have to buy them?

lots of good stuff, but it does not show if you can use more than one created band member together in solo player mode like drums or guitar. Or is it default members for that mode. Just curious, there was no information in the noob guide about this.

I'm pretty sure that's still not official. I strongly believe you can use any created characters in solo mode, but that's just a personal belief. Last I checked HMX didn't really factor that into their design decisions too often... o.O

I actually laughed at the Emover as well, which is pretty sad considering that's likely the hairstyle I'd pick for one of my characters.

I hope there's some tattoo/make-up and instrument customization videos coming soon. If not, I need to jab IGN, Gamesradar, (etc. etc.) writers in the head with sharp sticks!

I would think that's the way it works. But everyone in my prospective band has short hair (i.e. nothing that resembles the models from that preview).

I'm gonna try to replicate actual bands, starting with Led Zeppelin, then The Beatles, Kiss (if the makeup and costumes are as good as people are saying) I can see myself spending more time on this than any other create a character mode on any other game!

Also, there's no Home town option for Australia. That sucks...

Probably in the same menu as clothing. If you look at screenshots, clearly band members have facial hair.
