Quick comment:

Although it would be cool for guitar and drums for there to be a lot of metal songs in Rock Band, it WON'T be cool for bass, since metal bass lines usually suck a lot and are rarely heard with a few exceptions. Also, it will be almost impossible for most mainstream players to...well, scream into the microphone. I only know a few kids who can scream at all, no less scream at the right...pitch, I guess? Not only that, but metal bands these days aren't really that mainstream, or even well-known enough to get enough votes in for Harmonix to consider them. I would love to see State Radio, Dispatch, RX Bandits, The Silversun Pickups, Streetlight Manifesto, and Mars Volta on the game, but I know they won't get enough votes for my vote to count in general.

Some old metal songs by artists that actually sing would be cool, and don't get me wrong, I like metal, but it just straight up won't work for the most part.

With that said, here are some suggestions of mine!

Hysteria by Muse

By the Way by Red Hot Chili Peppers

96 Quite Bitter Beings by CKY

Master of Puppets by Metallica (A metal song that WILL work!)

Anna Molly by Incubus

Freedom by Rage Against the Machine

Plush by Stone Temple Pilots

Santeria by Sublime

Sugar by SOAD
