what's the deal!? i own a midi-to-usb cable, will harmonix make it happen or won't they?


overall i guess i would only save about 20 bucks considering the bundle knocks about 60 out already....

but i'd still rather play on an e-drums set since i already have one than spend 80 (or 20 with the bundle) on a drumset i don't REALLY need...


i've just been curious cuz i have the game reserved and have yet to move it to the bundled version...

You'll need to hack your MIDI->USB to look like a USB controller from your system, and to do the same thing as the RB drum controller.

A while back A-Rig did say that they were looking into support midi drums kits. There has been no official announcement to confirm or deny that it will be in the game.

Also, they may make it available as a patch later on, although that doesn't help much with ur current situation.

Harmonix, any reply on this yet. I will purchase this game with MIDI kit support and will pass on this game if you choose not to include MIDI support. Can we get a final word PLZ?
