In your opinion, what's the song with the best Charted drum fill?

For those of you who play drums in real life, after awhile you'll realize that unless you really have the time to plan out a drum fill, there's really only like 5-10 drum fills that you naturally will go to.

Thank goodness for Rock Band to break us out of that slump :rolleyes:

At times, Harmonix tends to veer toward the "free form drum fill" but at times will actually spend the time to chart them out. One of the great ones that I know of is the 1 bar snare roll in Highway Star right before the first guitar solo bridge.

So my question is: What's the song with the best Charted drum fill, in your opinion and where is this crazy fill within the song?

Limelight. Towards the end. I can't hit it all because it's so wierd, but it's basically some of the craziest drum fillery in the game. (Probably next to WGFA, anyways.)

LOL! Dead on Arrival is all drum fill! (I'm not bashing the song...just saying. ;))

I'd have to say Limelight has the best fill(s)...the better I get at it, the more I love it.

Thats an amazing set for practicing drum fills, they are all pretty simple but they have helped out a lot with playing other drum fills in the game.

No... every drum track is completely charted, including the fills. The free form drum fills are "overlays" that replace the charted fill when you have adequate overdrive to activate your multiplier.

You can play the drum tracks on practice mode and you will get to play the entire charted track. (As there are no overdrive sequences in practice mode.)

I think probally the most amazing and longest fill is the one in WGFA during the solo. Seriously who can hit that damn thing?

Highway star has some insane fills as well, DOA probally has the third hardest fill to hit. And the thrash pack has some hard fills too.
