Seriously, that song has not a single damn drum beat, would it kill people to listen to a song?

Maybe I should request Beethoven's Ninth Symphony! It would come as a huge shock to me if it turned out to have no guitar, too bad I can't be arsed to listen to it before deciding what a perfect Rock Band song it would be!

Care to tell me why? I know that it wouldn't happen and 90% of the **** on here will not happen. These are all songs I would like to see on Rock Band. Why does this make me an idiot? Just wondering?

You are correct I am an Idiot. I didn't even think about it for a second it probably doesn't help that I am a lil' tipsy right now. Lets cancel out the dust in the wind and say everything else!

Why cancel it out? So what if there's no drums. GG&HT hardly has any vocals...by the "there's no drums!" argument, GG&HT shouldn't have been included because there's not much for a vocalist to do. If HMX decides to add a few instrumental songs, the vocalist will have nothing to do. Why can't the drummer take a back seat for a song as well? Not being able to drum in one song isn't going to kill you, not to mention it would be DLC. If you're primarily a drummer, don't download it, but us guitarists and vocalists might enjoy it.

I would buy it, because variety is awesome, but I would purge the following tracks from my hard drive so I wouldn't have to deal with the truly poor decisions:

Angel's and Airwaves - Everything Is Magic
Bloodhound Gang - Along Comes Mary
BobaFlex - Bullseye
Citizen Cope - Bullet and A Target
DethKlok - Duncan Hills Coffee Jingle (good band, awful song choice)
Dragonforce - Revolution Deathsquad (good band, bad for rock band)
Dream Theater - Strange Deja Vu
Dropkick Murphy's - Shipping Up To Boston (good band, really awful song choice)
Lynyrd Skynyrd - The Ballad Of Curtis Lowe (ok song, I just hate bigots)
Panic at The Disco - Nine In The Afternoon (their lead singers voice annoys me, I'm sure it;s a fine song)

I'm sure there's more I would delete if I was familiar with all of those songs, but I'm not, so I won't.

My only advice would be next time you make a list, only put songs that you know well, by bands whose full range of material you're familiar.

I think you'd have to pay me especially not being able to pick singles.

I only like about 4 of those songs. So no.

I wouldn't pay much. You represent a few bands I want to see, and of the bands I think really need to get in, not really my favorites.

I'd buy about 30 of the 75

I'd get 8ish and would be dissappointed with more b-sides from popular artists (just like the past week's dlc...)

However:

The Smashing Pumpkins - Bullets With Butterfly Wings

Made this list win.

You get a cookie for getting Citizen Cope in there. "Son's Gonna Rise" would probably work better, though.

You've got HURT, but not enough. No Pearl Jam or Nine Inch Nails means no purchase from me.

The best song on this list was "Dope - Take Your Best Shot" and that's not the best song by that band... :\

I would only purchase 5 or 6 of those songs.

It's not the same thing, because:

a) The vocalist still has something to do during the song. (25 phrases, as opposed to absolutely nothing.) The drummer has nothing to do during Dust in the Wind.

b) Even during the parts where he's not singing, the vocalist has something to do (the tambourine parts). The drummer has no such thing.

If HMX decides to add a few instrumental songs, the vocalist will have nothing to do.

Golly, I wonder if that's the reason they haven't added any instrumental songs.
