First off I just wanted to thank Harmonix and MTV or whoever put this tour together, great idea. OK now on to the good stuff, I just got back from playing the game for about two hours and I really don't have anything to add that hasn't been said already. I just wanted you guys to know this is one of the best games I have ever played, and trust me I have played them all, I have had almost every system ever made going back to intelevision and Atari 2600. I will tell you some of the problems I faced, first of all the new guitar is great but it will take some getting used to most of all I had a problem with the new design of the strum bar. The drums are flawless and really it's going to be a fight every time with my friends on who gets to play them. The singing is exactly like any of the Karaoke Revolution games, so if you have played those and enjoy singing it will be a snap. As far as wired instruments versus wireless I did not see a problem at all the wires were long enough that you will have plenty of room to move around. Before I played I was a little concerned that there will be to much clutter on the screen but that is not the case at all. Overall my friends and I could not stop talking about it on the way home and give it an A++ The only other complaint was at the load screen about every 2 or 3 games the X-Box would freeze up and have to be reset. I hope this is a problem the programmers know about and will fix it before the game ships out to customers.

We did play on the main stage and I suggest every one do it, that is the only way you get free stuff. We all got T-Shirts, Hats, Guitar Pics, and whoever played the drums gets a free set of RockBand drum sticks. And you get a pin number to see your performance online I think Iam looking forward to that. That is about it if you guys have any questions feel free to ask and I will try to answer them all if I can.

Once again thanks to the whole crew at Harmonix, you guys really out did yourselves and when this game is released it will blow the Guitar Hero franchise out of the water.

They actually have talked about this error before. Someone on this board, I forget who exaclty but they asked someone who worked with HMX and they said that the demo that people are playing are Stage 2 versions of the game. The actual game is in Stage 8. I also highly doubt that HMX would be so neglagent to just let an obvious error like that go. HMX has really good testers so i'm sure this issue has been addressed.

Thanks for the info HollywoodBound I haven't seen this talked about on the board. I didn't want another Halo 3 on our hands.

I was able to make out to ford city. It was a fun time. I stayed there about 4 hours playing and watching other people play. Big thanks goes out to whomever was behind this tour.

I was at the Chicago stop on Friday. I didn't encounter that particular error while I was there, however, I don't think it will be an issue on the final build of the game.

I spent a good deal of time with one of the Harmonix guys and he talked about some of the errors that one would encounter on the particular build we were playing on. This is an older build that was specifically created for the demos. The final product will be far more polished and error-free.
