Has anyone seen this? I'm still waiting on it. I called my local EB Games and they said they had not recieved anything in regards to Canadian pricing/release date. I fully expect it to release the same day, the price is what I'm concerned about.
Now that the Canadian dollar is HIGHER than the US dollar, one would expect the prices of the game to be on par, however I fear this will not be the case and Canadians like myself will get screwed out of $10-$20 of our hard earned money. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

I severely hope not, but they love to price gouge us just for the hell of it sometimes.

It's revenge for your admittedly tasty beer costing so damn much down here. :D

I would love it if the price is the same, but that'll never happen. Doesn't matter what the dollar is at...!

I'm more concerned that it's coming out on a friday. I'm hoping it'll ship that monday or tuesday or we'll have to wait 3-5 more days. That or it'll be GH 1 all over again and it'll take 3 to 4 months to get here.

Ya I was thinking that today, sucks that us Canadians always have to wait like 2 days after a game comes out in the states.

I'm sure the game will be here in Canada on the release date. But we'll probably have to pay $200 plus gst.And since our dollar has been pritty even with the U.S have you noticed the prices of any other games drop?No ?hmmm funny eh?

Well if it's anything like GH2 was...we Canadians might see it early again. All I know is that I had finished Expert before anyone I knew even bought the game. :D Wishful thinking but who knows. All I know is that Walmart is bad for putting stuff out the moment they get it. So technically if it was in their Nov 20th shipment and not meant for release til Friday...a few lucky people might snatch it up on Tuesday instead. That is until, as usual, they realize they're idiots, and pull it off the shelves. Here's hoping. :D

Best thing to do in that situation is if you live close to the Us borders go accross and get it in the Us. With duties you should still save versus the Canadian price. Stores should reflect the dollar value and lower items to match Us prices. I find it strange that they haven't done this yet.

As strange as it may seem our prices have not reflected the value of our dollar. And for the $20 or $30 BUCKS you may save to go across the boarder, your going spend it on fuel anyways.Maybe if the dollar can hold it's value then prices will start to drop, who knows?

All of un in Canada should consider going down to the US to get it.
For one, we'll actually see the impact of the increase in our currency, unlike the pricing we'll see in Canadian stores.
2nd, there is no duty on video games.
All you need to do is pay the taxes when you come back across.

Even though our dollar is par i hope that it would be at most 179$ and mabey an extra 10$ shippiing fee beacuse the bundle is huge but if it is 200 or more i will be pissed off. Already preordered and am getting the game either way though.
