And note: x96 multiplier confirmed! In that screen shot, the bass has a x6 multiplier while the band has a x16 multiplier running. The way to pull high scores in full co-op mode really is everyone triggering start power at the same time.

How does that make a 96x multiplier?
Also Shouldn't each person's individual multiplier just add to the main score, so if everyone besides bass is at 4x and bass is at 6x, isn't that 18x multiplier...I guess I'm a bit confused on how band scoring is going to work.

6 * 16 = 96.
Multipliers multiply, they don't add, and an individual instrument's multiplier only multiplies for that instrument. However, an Overdrive/Rock Power/Star Power/whatever multiplier doubles the entire band's scores while active. From that screenshot, it shows that Overdrive multipliers multiply, so that if all 4 instruments have Overdrive active, it gives the entire band a 2*2*2*2=x16 multiplier.
