can i replace my guitar for free if like the strum bar works but it doenst like stay up it just falls down like nothing holds it up but it works?

Sounds like the return spring is broken, or possibly just came loose. Can you hear any loose parts rattling around inside (watch out because the tilt sensor makes a rattling sound).

If the spring is broken, you can send it in for replacement, or possibly fix it yourself with some short rubber bands (depends on what "generation" your guitar is). It's not very hard to open the guitar and there are no "warranty void if broken" seals.

While not unheard of, this is a somewhat rare problem.
