I have HUGE plans after Christmas (if I do get my new camera) for a new series that I dont think anyone has ever seen before...but Im not going to say till I get it going.

More than welcome man, and I use Pohotoshop to do all my artwork as well. Though my current sig isn't an actual drawing of mine it's a render a friend found for me (basically everything but the demon was done by me,oh and the text is Loki Cola). I mainly do drawings and such, do a few brush jobs. I rarely ever do photo manipulation but when I do it's decent I guess, If I ever go on an art rampage and throw on some good tunes I'll upload some of my work as well :p

Sounds like a plan. Thats a cool sig. I was born an artist, so its all I ever wanted to do. I used to want to do vector art with graphic designing, but its way too common of a field today and I felt it left little room for originality really. At least with photography you have wedding/portrait photographers and then you have art photographers like myself who can do both. I really just started doing portraits, I had to work on it a lot more than the other stuff because you can easily f*ck up a portrait, that and I dont use cropping on the programs hardly ever, I do all my cropping through the view finder before taking the picture.

Oh well thank you. I have a DeviantART account, but I stopped posting there due to the lack of professional critique...too many emo kids going around saying "Thats cool." "Thats sweet." "I like this." "Cool." ....etc.... Its like...ok tell me why you like it, not just that you that or just dont be so bland about it. Whatever, Betterphoto.com is, well, better...much more critique and they explain what they like about the pictures. Your new series sounds intriguing.

Edit: All of the ones that are stylized to look damaged I am trying to stop doing. Those are my old pieces. Im trying to just go with simple editing, but on certain photos it is really difficult to resist.

As you can see in my gallery I started on an Art for Gamers series, but since I dont know anyone with a Wii and the kid I knew with a PS3 moved out of state...I am stuck...its a series that kinda died...well, remains floating in the air.

I'd loan you the Wii I have if I could.

You could design outfits mimicking legendary characters (Cloud, Link and Zelda, Sonic's shoes, etc.) and place them in appropiate settings. Like a Cloud outfit lying in a stone temple just kind of lying there. It's an extreme example but you get the point.

Not bad Joigga. You are starting off good. If you start off good you end 1000 times better. If you arent in college yet, I recommend taking both digital photography and film photography classes just to get yourself familiar with the camera and to learn new techniques if you do decide to go to college. Just keep shooting and you will learn as you go. If you get get down the art of pre-cropping...or cropping your image through the view finder before you even take the shot that will help out your photos immensely. I really liked your forestry shot, but the top of the trees were cut off.
