I put Australia. They just are lesser known bands but are oh so much better.

Finland has Teräsbetoni. I don't know enough about rock to tell you what sort of rock they are, but their name means "Steel Concrete" and they sing about being warriors and a lot of their songs literally have the word "metal" in them.
