Metallica say their new Album will sound like their old albums, with 5-9 minute songs. They also say it will fit in the period of time between ...And justice for all and the Black Album. From what i've heard on Youtube it's sounds great

Hows that bandwagon? I never buy into people who say this unless they listen to thrash bands like Kreator, Onslaught, Exodus, Testament, or Megadeth. Then they mean it, live it, breathe it, taste it, know it. Sorry, im pretentious.

I needed that laugh. Apparently you didn't watch the video and hear the guitar solo from one of the new songs.

If you really believe EVERY song after the Black album sucks, then I think you need a new set of ears or need to fall off the bandwagon.

I hear it's supposed to be more like older stuff they did, i'll at least listen to it, i was disappointed with St. Anger, people said the same thing about that album.
