I live right where Jimmy Kimmel shoots his show in Hollywood and go to their free concerts all of the time. But I just checked the schedule and haven't heard much of the upcoming bands. I'm sure they're great (otherwise why would they have them on). I get my tickets at this 1iota dot com website so I don't want any of the tickets to sell out before I can get to them.
Other bands they got coming I've obviously heard of like Kid Rock, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Q-Tip and Jose Gonzalez.
I hadn't heard of Gogol Bordello when they performed, but was extremely glad I went to check them out.
So yeah, any of these bands any good. I really want to see them perform at the show if they are!!!

interpol is great if you like that stuff. they're labelled as "post-punk revival" which is basically means Joy Division-worshipping bands. nice groovy rhythm (meaning bass+drums), joy division like vox, and really simple guitars
justice is a funky house band. if you like daft punk and funk then you'll love justice
talib kweli is a phenomenal rapper, but if you're close-minded and hate rap then well you'll hate this guy
