BioShock Confirmed For PS3

Awsome!!! this is one of the few games from the 360 that I really wanted to play. A holiday release is better than never I suppose.:cool:

Why do you say that? I haven't played it myself, but from what I've read and heard from other gamers the game kicks ass!! I will definetly get it.

Bioshock isnt really my sort of game but the fact thats its no longer going to be 360 exclusive is kwl

Personally I loved Bioshock, I liked it so much I played through it twice, and I don't normally do that unless a game is worth a second play through.

I think I've played it 4 times. It looks SOOOO MUCH PRETTIER on a computer running with DirectX10 and all the settings on high.

I bet.... I played it on the 360 on my 42" 1080p HDTV it still looked good, but probably still not as good as on PC running directx10.

So I guess that for the PS3 version they are going to spice up the graphics? you know Blu-ray HD and all that....but even if that's not the case I will still get it. I hear that the story is just simply awsome!! and that's something that I look for in games now a days.:) Who needs movies when you got games like this one, Heavenly Sword or Uncharted right?

And speaking of great stories, I wish we PS3 users could get Mass Efect someday.

Cool, I passed it with a friend on the X360, definetly one of the best games ever im sure I will enjoy it again on Ps3.

One of the best games of 2007, most interesting story and atmosphere. Even with the lack of multiplayer, it put Halo 3 to shame by a long shot. A must have in my opinion for PS3 owners.

Well, the Xenos GPU in the X360 is basically a mid-range DX9 part, so I'm sure graphics capability isn't likely to be much of an issue (although the 360 version probably will have better AA due to the eDRAM, the PS3 version, if coded well, might have an advantage in texture filtering), but other issues (such as dealing with Cell) will ultimately determine the final quality of the port. But it'll probably be effectively identical to the 360 version.
