Quick Video update on upcoming reviews Statement on C&H and GoodWood

Ok folks I have taken this video down. I will not rehash it here as part of the reason is in the post. I just wanted this issue to be done with and he promised not to come into threads anymore and say anything that is bad.

Sometimes in life you have to just walk away and that is what I am choosing to do. Some call it being the better man.

He feels it is hurting his business and that is not what I set out to do and never would to anyone.

I will edit the video and repost it here for those who have not heard of the upcoming reviews.

I think that you did the right thing concerning that whole C&H Drums thing. Even thought the guy was called a rapists by a forum member, he flew off the handle. Had he been a good business man he would have just let it go. To get that upset over something said over the internet, I could only imagine what it would be like if you ask him for a refund. You made the right choice by no longer wanting to do any thing with him, or his product. I look forward to you up coming reviews.

i have talked to the owners of goodwood mods and they are very professional and are on top of thing. i have the goodwood mods struts and they are really good. they work perfect just like they say they would.
Plus cena goes out of his way to help get products out there for us to see.

I also did not agree with it either, but it was the spark that ignited the whole thing. Not to mention that people where ripping on his video the Min. that he posted it. That how ever does not excuse how he acted. He blew up for no real reason.
I guess some people just forget that this is the internet, and it is filled with people that act like children. I for one saw no real reason for him ot fly off the handel the way that he did. He made a butt out of himsefl, and lost what could have been tons of sales.

I agree with you dropping G&H. On several occasions he shot himself in the foot and kept going. He represents his company in the most unbusiness like manor I've ever seen by far.
He may have decent products, and In fact I've had past experince with his gum rubber pads and rim silencers that I think were fairly decent. However that was just through ebay with limited communication. After he has shown us how disrespectful and unproffesional he can be, I definately hesitate to do further business with him.

Just to let you guys know. I have been threatened to to be sued for slander by LesPaulMan and C&H. I am not worried as I never slandered anyone! So this just proves what I stated. If I would have thought his product was bad would he have sued me for that too?

I stand behind my statement and he basicly has told me to remove it or things will get worse and I refused! The only way it comes down is if HMX tells me it is harmful. However all I did was state my opinion with written prove of what he said.

If you recomment their drums, I will be onboard immediately...

I know dude. I haven't FC'ed Count Down To Insanity because I get at least 3 dropped notes each time I try.

I've just given up on scores or score dueling for now - no point since I can't keep a combo unless I hit the pad in just the right place, at just the right velocity.

First off, let's get some things straight here. lespaulman can't sue anyone for a few reasons. One) The video that HE posted originally was put on a public forum and has NO copyright whatsoever. So the video is open to the public. If he was to copyright the video then we have a totally diffent ballgame. Just because you videotape yourself doesn't mean you own the rights to it once you post it somewhere. I would suggest that lespaulman speak to his lawyer before making stupid and outragous comments.2) I have been following all of Cena's forums as I am a huge fan of his reviews and in no way shape or form has Cena made any disparaging or damaging remarks to C&H or to lespaulman personally to affect his business. And even if Cena would have made a bad comment, this is a PUBLIC forum and you have the RIGHT to your own opinions on anything unless it is CLEARLY stated by the owners or moderators of the forum. Which it is not.... 3) There is actual proof that lespaulman has instagated if not become verbally threatening in his posts towards others. I know a thing or two about copyrights and copyrighted material along with how the law works when it comes to private and public communications and business. So if you guys want to post videos or make your opinions public by posting them, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO. lespaulman...have your lawyer give me a call sometime and we'll talk...... Show me your registration form with the US Copyright Office for this video. Or you could even just send me the Copyright Registration #, that would be fine too. Frankly.. I could care less about all the drama and the "He said/she said" bullcrap that's really flooding the review threads and other threads about upcoming reviews.

Would it not be easier that you to just post all the "upcoming..." in your thread over in the Community's Greatest Hits forum instead of doing alot of new threads? People would know where to look for it when they wanted the information instead of having to run through alot of different threads to see what's coming up.

And please stop wasting energy on trolls and/or angry "business men" threatening to sue. I figure it's probably not so much fun being flamed from random people and getting threats (without any reasoning behind them) of being sued thrown your way for telling the truth, The frequency of this type of happening just makes me wonder if you want to get confirmation from the community after every bad thing thrown your way.

I also think that you by fending them off like you do make them want to do it even more because they see that they're getting a response from it just like typical school yard bullies does.
I think that the best way is just ignoring the people who talk **** and threaten you and just say what you think about the products as the reviewer we have learned to appreciate for the hard work he puts in.

Although I agree with what you said, there are something's that warrant my reply and attention no matter what anyone thinks. If all of a sudden I decide not to review something once it was stated I was, then I would get all kinds of questions. I would get why and I lied! In the arena of people everyone is never going to be happy. Just like a song prince wrote Damned if you do Damned if you don't.

This is a case that offended alot of people. One party took it way too far and it was time to put an end to it! No offense to the community, but I do not even look to my mother for approval! I love her very much and hope she is proud and I am my own man. I will say the same thing again, the people that critisize sits behind a computer and shoots off their mouth I agree with you on that one. However I know if this was a thing where we were face to face no one would be quick to shoot off their mouth! This in no way takes away from my Professionalism, but I think proves that I am willing to stand up for what is right. I have been attacked on these boards many of times for some dumb stuff! Stuff like getting things for free or defending myself when I was called a name ETC. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me how much would you take! That is the point no one walks a mile in my shoes. I responded this time because of the community. Things were happening that should have not been and I was asking you to give someone money for a product! Now flip the coin. If I would have let it lie and said nothing and ignored what happened and just went on as usual, I bet my bottom dollar I would get flamed and told I should have known and everything would have been thrown in my face. See what I mean?

I have been a muscian for over 30 years, but around the world delt with the media and controversy before! Never have I seen the level I have seen on the internet, but like my mother always said there is a time to speak and a time to let things lie. After letting this go before it was time to speak. I will always stand up for what is right and correct the wrongs if it is connected to me, and I hope I am respected for that.

I thank you from my heart for watcing and supporting the reviews, and for caring enough to come at me like an adult and tell me what you saw was wrong. I take your ane everyone elses advice and I will do better in the future!
