Missing Drum Stand

Okay, When I got the box to return my second drumkit, it told me to include everything but the sticks and the pedal. That was like 2 months ago. When I received the package back a few minutes ago, All that was in there was the heads.

Now I'm a teensy bit more than flustered and wondering what the hell happened to my Drum stand.

same thing happened to me on monday aaarrrrggghhhh, i called them right away and they STILL havent sent them to because they are "looking into the matter" >:(

Edit #2: I just got off the phone with support, and they informed me that there was a mix up dealing with the change in Drum Pad replacements. Also I will receive a stand in 7 Buisness days

Same thing happened to me today... The packing site shows to put the stand in, and that's what I did. The box came in today, and there's a big yellow sticker that says to NOT put the stand in. =/

Will they send out a stand automatically, or do I have to call in for one?

Same thing happened to me today. Received my warranty and it was only the drum pads.

they actually said 7 days kuze??? wow, they just told me "we will get one out as soon as we can, HOPEFULLY within the next few days" its been 10 days and nothing...
