*4 Songs* EXPLAIN your thoughts

I enjoy listening to many different styles of music, Im a fan of the Beatles, Eagles, Tool, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, the Foo Fighters, Metallica, Papa Roach, and many, many more.

I would like to get everyones option on these four songs. Im looking for a GOOD comment, doesnt matter if its positive or negative but be mature. Atleast listen to the four songs before you say anything, as I have selected them for a reason. I know there are several people here that have a dislike for Thrice, thats your opinion and I respect that. In turn, you should respect my opinion as well, as I will not be going into your setlist threads and making useless comments or acting like a loser. If you enjoy the songs, post WHY you enjoy the songs. If you dont enjoy the songs, post WHY you dont enjoy the songs. Thrice has many different styles as they change dramatically over each album release. These four songs are very interesting to listen to, and the most intense out of them is the last one which is off one of thier earlier albums. So, after listening to the songs please post your thoughts and try to be mature, as I will do the same. Thanks.

I have all those songs, Thrice is ok but the only song I really like is "The Artist in the Ambulance" The rest are fine, but they just don't really impress me much.

I used to love thrice. I'm not a big fan of vhiessu but the newer stuff from their elements concept album sounds GREAT so far. my favorite album is by far The Illusion of Safety and I think thrice would be sick to have for Rock Band. Deadbolt is a great choice as well as a lot of the other ones. Of course, I do prefer earlier stuff though. Artist in the ambulance was OK.

Illusion of Safety is my favorite album as well, just with some of the "older" style people here, if I posted more songs from that CD they would complain even more than they do now. Which is hard to imagine, seeming I clearly stated in my post to please make mature comments. Asking "why" they disliked them, and not to post comments such as battle axe's type of responses, etc. They either cant read, or are just born annoying.

I only know this and one other song from Thrice, but I hoped Deadbolt would be in RB. By the way, don't get all pissed off if someone shoots down a band that you like. There was a thread about how the Beatles are overrated and it turned into a thread about how boring and ****ty they are. That just goes to show that there are ******ed people in this world. I just laugh and try not to think about how ****ing stupid the person is who started the thread. People really just don't know what the **** they're talking about sometimes, or they just don't have respect.

I definantly agree with the respect aspect of your post, thanks for the comment. If you didnt see it search youtube for the deadbolt guitar hero video, looks sick (its from someones modded guitar hero).

Your statement is is proven quite easily from the post previous to yours. Some people just dont have respect for anyone.

Thrice is a pretty good modern band. First heard them on Burnout, but their older stuff and the new album sound better than Vhiessu (sp?)
